Section 41
Compensation to be paid

(1) If there is any damage to the victim's life, life, property or honor as a result of any crime, the court shall pay reasonable compensation to the victim for such damage. But if there is a provision of separate compensation for any offense in the law, it will be according to the same.
(2) While determining the compensation as per sub-section (1), the following matters shall be considered:-
(a) Physical, physical, mental and emotional harm to the victim,
(b) If the victim has died, the loss suffered by his rightful owner,
(c) the financial resources and condition of the offender,
(d) The condition of the victim and his dependents,
(e) Any other matter deemed appropriate by the court.
(3) When paying the compensation according to sub-section (1), if the victim is injured or injured as a result of the crime, the medical expenses and the medical expenses and operational expenses in the case of the death of the victim must also be paid.
(4) When the offender damages the victim's property, when compensation is paid for that, such item shall be returned in its original condition.
(5) According to sub-section (4), if the item cannot be returned as it is, if the price of such item is disclosed, compensation shall be paid on the basis of the value of such item in case of damage or at the time of punishment.
(6) Compensation can be paid in cash or in kind or both.
(7) If the person who suffered from the offense has died before the compensation is paid as per sub-section (1), the compensation as per sub-section (1) shall be paid to his dependents.
